Network Functions

Projectors can be managed and controlled over a network.
For example, several projectors in different classrooms can be simultaneously controlled from a remote location.
Flexible system configurations open up a large number of possibilities, and speed up response when problems occur.

The projector status can be checked and the power supply and other operations and settings can be managed from a remote computer using a Web browser.

The operator can be automatically notified by e-mail to any designated e-mail address when an error occurs , such as a problem with the projector lamp or power supply, Messages also contain advice concerning the cause of the problem, enabling speedier response and less down time.

Multiple projectors can be controlled all at once, and the same images can be displayed by all projectors.

The projector can be automatically started and stopped on preset days and hours, or at preset hours for certain days of the week.

This function enables a projector to display a screen image from a computer that has been installed with special utility software, over a network without having to use a video cable.

A screen image captured from a single computer can be shared by several computers, and drawing tools can be used to add text or graphics to the captured image in order to communicate with the other computers.

Image data stored on a network file server can be accessed and automatically displayed by a projector without having to use a video cable.

The function provides projector data to an SNMP Manager. SNMP Management software can then be used to manage the status of the projectors.

This function uses SNMP protocol to manage the status of the projectors on the network. Special SNMP Manager software is installed on the management PC.

This indicates compatibility with the globally unified PJ Link standard for operating and controlling projectors established by the Japan Business Machine and Information System Industries Association (JBMIA)

The Real-Time Capture function captures the screen image exactly as it appears on a PC.
There is no need to do anything special to project the image, and there are no restrictions on the applications that can be displayed.
One-Shot Communications can also be selected for extra convenience in meetings with several participants.Simply click the mouse to switch to the screen image of a different PC.

The function is designed for meeting or lectures where a chairperson or instructor (moderator) and all participants (clients) have computers in front of them. A projector is used to display the PC screen images from each client as the meeting or class proceeds. The moderator is able to control the flow of the meeting or class. Up to 50 PCs can participate in each moderator's group.
This fuction eliminates the need for the clients to shift their data to a central computer for displaying, and allows them to project their data from the projector in real-time. Also, because a screen capture method is used to send graphics from each computer, there are no restrictions on the applications that can be displayed.

There are no complicated LAN settings required to use the projector in a wireless LAN configuraton. The reply mode of IEEE802.11b Ad Hoc is used as the LAN mode.

*This function can be used only when logging on with Windows XP administrator privileges. It cannot be used with Windows 98SE/Me or Windows 2000.Use Windows XP with Servise Pack 1 or higher.

Sanyo projectors that are compatible with LAN networks in a variety of environments can be managed with this optional function.
It is highly convenient for controlling five or more projectors simultateously.

The video streaming function allows it to plays a video file as it being received. This function produces smoothly streaming motion images.

This mode provides communication over LAN cables.

This mode allows wired LAN and wireless LAN devices to communicate via an access point. Multiple wireless LAN devices can also communicate among themselves via an access point. This mode is commonly used for enviroments that include both wireless LAN and wired LAN devices.

This mode lets you communicate directly among wireless LAN devices.
