SANYO-aiming to be a "leading provider of Environment- and Energy-related products"
We breathe air, which is all around us. In addition to concerns about global warming and air pollution caused by environmental destruction, there is now increasing worry about the contamination of air by pollens, viruses and chemical substances. SANYO wants to make it normal for people to be surrounded by cleaner air by developing commercial devices that emit less CO2 as well as by developing air purifiers for household use.
If human beings continue to purse high economic growth characterized by mass production and mass consumption, the Earth's temperature will rise by approximately four degrees Centigrade on average (from 2.4 to 6.4 degrees), which will in turn increase the risk of extinction for lots of plants and animals and will further amplify climate change.
